Returns and Refunds Policy

Some of Dog’s Signature products are made or customized specifically for the buyer, for example by adding a name or other buyer-specific identifier to the item. The buyer has no right to return or exchange such items, for example engraved jewelry in 925 sterling silver.
Otherwise, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return from the date you received the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect item
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@dogssignature.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and help make it right.
Quality guarantee
Dog’s Signature quality guarantee covers any manufacturing defects and cannot be held responsible for issues caused by:

Faults or damage caused by improper use, accidental damage, or negligence, for example bending a keyring loop.

Changes in appearance, defects, and damage due to normal wear and tear, for example surface scratches or oxidation of silver.
Loss of items
Dog’s Signature is not responsible for any loss of items, including lost items. The customer is responsible for using the items responsibly, for example when attaching our name tag to the dog’s collar or harness.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some of Dog’s Signature products are made or customized specifically for the buyer, for example engraved jewelry in 925 sterling silver where a name or other buyer-specific identifier is added to the item. The buyer has no right to return such items.
Certain other types of items cannot be returned either, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers, or plants) and personal care products (for example beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about, or issues with, a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been approved, purchase the new item separately. 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU
If merchandise is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.
