Delivery areas
Hakone AB, through its business unit Dog’s Signature®, currently delivers to addresses within Sweden. For delivery to other EU countries, please contact us by email at info@dogssignature.com.

Pre-orders
Some of Dog’s Signature products, such as engraved jewelry in 925 sterling silver, are made or customized specifically for the buyer, for example by adding a name or other buyer-specific identifier to the item. These products have an estimated delivery time of approximately 2 to 3 weeks, subject to possible delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. You will receive a notification by email when your pre-ordered item is ready to be shipped.

Delivery
Orders within Sweden are shipped with PostNord Registered Mail (Rek) to your nearest service point. Valid identification is required when collecting the package.

We usually ship your pre-ordered order within 2 to 3 weeks and estimate the delivery time to be 1 to 3 business days within Sweden. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination within the country.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order and are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order information
We will send an order confirmation by email shortly after you place your order to confirm that we have received it. All orders are processed subject to product availability. When your package is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
